You join by visiting our sign-up page at armedlaser.synology.me/legal/sms.html, entering your name and mobile number, and checking the consent box. The consent box is unchecked by default and checking it is voluntary. It applies only to this SMS alert program and is not bundled with any other agreement, terms of service, or privacy policy. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of working with us, of employment, or of any purchase. Consent is recorded with a timestamp, and a number is never added without that explicit action.
Message frequency varies and depends on travel and production activity. A typical week is fewer than 10 messages.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
Reply STOP to any message at any time to be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance, or email jason@armedlaser.com.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Mobile numbers collected for this program are used solely to deliver the alerts described above, and are transmitted only to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the purpose of sending those messages.
See the full privacy policy for details.
